http://www.tusitainternational.net/pdf/Mangala Saying (Simplified).pdf

因为这次的大供养之旅,让他看到,见识到那么多的修行人;
因为这次的大供养之旅,让他看到,见识到那么多的护法,供养人群;
因为这次的大供养之旅,让他看到,见识到许多人的美德和善法;
因为这次的大供养之旅,让他看到,见识到许多人对佛法僧的信心;
因为这次的大供养之旅,让他看到,见识到那么多的佛塔,观想以前佛法兴盛的情景;
因为这次的大供养之旅,让他看到,见识到许多的佛法圣地;
因为这次的大供养之旅,让他开朗,心胸广阔起来;
愿我们这个给予别人重建信心,重拾对佛法僧的信心的功德,永远陪伴各位团员;
愿我们在陷入低潮时,我们拥有坚强的信心和意志力,维持我们的戒律,美德;

愿我们在陷入低潮时,有股强和有力的善缘,帮助我们,重建信心,重拾对佛法僧的信心,至到我们证悟涅槃;

Near Future Travel Plan 1 : Myanmar
Kyaiktiyo Pagoda
The Golden Rock (Kyaik-htiyo or Kyaiktiyo), perched atop a cliff near Yangon, is one of the most sacred sites in Burma. The great boulder precariously balances on the edge of a cliff and is topped by a small stupa. An endless stream of pilgrims come to admire the sight and add squares of gold leaf to its surface.
Myth and Mystery
With its great weight balanced so precariously on the cliff edge, the Golden Rock is a truly extraordinary natural feature. It is little wonder it is regarded with such sacred awe. According to legend, it is kept in place by a single hair of the Buddha.
The main legend of the Golden Rock begins with a hermit bringing a hair of the Buddha to his king. The hermit instructed that his gift be enshrined under a rock shaped like the hermit's head. (The name Kyaik-htiyo means "Pagoda on a Hermit's Head.")
Fortunately the king was the son of a zagwi (a hermit reborn as a powerful, magical being) and a naga (sea dragon) so he was able to find and retrieve the rock from the bottom of the ocean.
The king built a ship to carry the rock to the mountain. After the rock was in place, balanced on the hair of the Buddha, the boat turned to stone. A stone that looks a bit like a ship is enshrined in the complex.
Another legend explains that the rock actually hovers in the air above the cliff. Originally there was enough room between for a chicken to walk under it, then it sunk a bit and only a partridge could walk through, and finally only a sparrow could walk through. Today it still hovers, but the space is so narrow that it can't be seen.
What to See
The Golden Rock is a great boulder about 25 feet high, which looks like it could crash down the hill at any moment. Its area of contact with the cliff is extremely small. The gilded boulder is topped with an 18-foot tall pagoda.
The great rock suddenly and spectacularly comes into view from the steep path up the hill, and can then be approached and touched (by men only) from the shrine complex that spreads out behind it on the cliff.
The Kyaiktiyo shrine complex consists of several viewing platforms, pagodas, Buddha shrines and nat spirit shrines. Worshipers gather in the area behind the rock to pray and make offerings, and nearly all apply a square of gold leaf to the rock as an offering and act of merit.
Away from the main shrine complex is a circle of eight gongs with four statues of nats and angels in the center.
The views from the Golden Rock are spectacular and many visitors stay to watch the sunset.

Yangon - Kaba Aye Pagoda
A little ahead from the Inya Lake, the Kaba Aye Pagoda is on Thirimingalar Kaba Aye Hill on the Kaba Aye Road in the Mayangone Township of Yangon. Kaba Aye, in Myanmar means 'World Peace' and this is what the pagoda aims to achieve.
The Pagoda was erected by U Nu, one of the earliest prime ministers of free Myanmar in 1954 in dedication to the Sixth Buddhist Council (1954-56). The Sixth Buddhist Council was held to mark the 2500 birth anniversary of Buddha's enlightenment. The Pagoda rises to a height of 111-feet and measures 34 meters around the base. The compound in which the pagoda stands is big enough and houses a number of monasteries within. Also located within the same compound are the Maha Pasana Guha (The Great Cave), the Buddhist Art Museum, the newly built Wizaya Mingalar Dhamathabin Hall and the International Buddhist Learning Centre. The stairways of the Pagoda is full of vendors who try to sell their hand made products to incoming devotees.

Mandalay: U Pein Bridge
THE U PEIN BRIDGE
A BRIEF HISTORY
Amarapura, one of the capitals of the third Myanmar Empire, is about 11 kilometers south of Mandalay. Near Amarapura, there is a huge teak bridge spanning the Taungthaman Lake, a shallow one. During the dry season, the bridge crosses the dry land. A 1.2 kilometers long wooden bridge built totally with teak planks by U Pein (U Bein), is the longest wooden bridge in Myanmar. The bridge has 984 teak posts of two centuries ago. In 1784, U Pein was a government official at that time of the shift from Innwa and he wisely salvaged material from the deserted Innwa Palace to build this long footbridge. Since the bridge was built across the Taungthaman Lake, the cool breeze across the lake give refreshment to whom take leisure under the shade of the big trees grown around the lake and the bridge. This place is also a marvelous sunset viewpoint.
It is the longest teak bridge in the world; although a bit rickety in some parts it has withstood the storms and folds of over two centuries. The bridge is named after its donor U Pein.
